At CardVault by Tom Brady, we stand behind the championship quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our vault.
